Review and signing copy

This page prepares a printable agreement. It does not submit, store, or authenticate signatures. Confirm final business details and terms, then have both parties sign and keep the completed agreement through an agreed signing process. Legal review is recommended before use with paying clients; enforceability depends on the final terms and applicable law.

1. Selected services and payment schedule

The selected tier below and its attached program scope form part of this agreement. Any tailored scope, resource access period, dates, or price change must be written here or in a signed addendum before payment. No clinical care, certification, or guaranteed outcome is included.

2. Nature of coaching and participation

Coaching supports reflection, goal setting, values alignment, boundaries, and practical personal development. Client chooses goals and remains responsible for decisions and actions. Exercises, meditation, and spiritual reflection are optional; Client may decline or stop an exercise. Coach will provide the agreed services with reasonable care. Client is at least 18 years old.

3. Healthcare and psychiatric disclaimer

Coaching is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Coach acts in a coaching role, not as Client's healthcare provider. No health or other result is guaranteed. Client will seek qualified medical, psychiatric, or psychological evaluation or treatment when needed and will not delay care or change medication based on coaching. The program is not an emergency service; use local emergency services for urgent danger or a medical or psychiatric emergency.

4. Fees and installment plans

Prices are in US dollars. Payment plans have the same total as payment in full. Any applicable tax or additional charge must be disclosed in the completed schedule before signing; there are no undisclosed charges or automatic renewals. First payment is due before the first session. Remaining due dates are listed above. Selecting a plan does not authorize a card charge or bank withdrawal; recurring payment authorization, if used, requires a separate payment-provider process.

If a payment is overdue, Coach will give written notice and at least seven calendar days to resolve it before pausing future sessions. No late fee, interest, or acceleration of all remaining installments is imposed by this draft. Termination and refunds follow Section 6.

5. Scheduling and communication

Each live session is private, one-to-one coaching for one Client and lasts 75 minutes. RETURN Foundations includes 3 sessions over 4 weeks, normally one in week 1, one in week 2, and one in week 4; week 3 has no live session. RENEW Integration includes 1 session per week for 6 weeks (6 total). THRIVE Embodiment includes 1 session per week for 8 weeks (8 total). These are not daily sessions. The standard schedule includes no more than one live session per week. Actual dates, start times, and time zone must be confirmed above; changes require written agreement. Either party should provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation or nonattendance is counted as one delivered session unless the parties agree an exception for an emergency or other reasonable circumstance. Coach will offer rescheduling or refund the session value if Coach cancels and cannot provide a mutually suitable replacement.

Client lateness normally does not extend the end time. If Coach is late, lost time will be made up or proportionately refunded. Extensions for illness, emergencies, or scheduling constraints can be agreed in writing; unused sessions are not automatically forfeited when an estimated program window ends.

Integration and Embodiment include one brief written check-in per week during the program, with replies within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays, through the agreed contact channel. Foundations has no separate between-session support commitment. Written check-ins are messages, not extra live coaching sessions. Messages are not continuously monitored and are not urgent care.

6. Ending coaching and fair refunds

Either party may end coaching by written notice through the contact channels listed above. Client will pay only for completed sessions and sessions properly counted under Section 5. For settlement, each session is valued at the agreed tier total divided by its number of sessions ($587 ÷ 3, $190, or $180 respectively unless amended).

Coach will refund prepaid amounts above that value within 14 calendar days of termination. Unused future installments are canceled; any amount owed for delivered sessions remains payable. No separate administration penalty or retroactive removal of the tier discount applies. Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights prevail over this agreement.

Coach may pause or end coaching where Client needs support outside coaching scope, or where services cannot be provided safely or appropriately. The same fair settlement applies. An upgrade requires a separate agreement or written addendum; no automatic move to a new paid tier occurs.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

Coach will keep Client's coaching participation, discussions, and personal information confidential. No discussion with family, employers, friends, other clients, or the public is permitted without Client's authorization, except for a valid legal obligation or a serious, imminent safety threat where disclosure is necessary and permitted by law. Any disclosure will be limited to what is necessary.

Necessary service providers may process limited administrative information subject to appropriate safeguards. Coach will not sell Client information, use it for targeted advertising, or publish a testimonial or story without separate permission. Sessions will not be recorded, transcribed, or sent to AI services without separate informed consent. Coaching communications may not be legally privileged.

The Privacy & Confidentiality notice, version October 9, 2026, is incorporated for its confidentiality commitments and proposed record handling. Actual app providers and record practices must be disclosed and confirmed before storing Client records. No material reduction of contractual confidentiality applies without Client's consent or a legal requirement.

8. Materials and personal-use permission

Original Coach-owned resources remain Coach's intellectual property. Client may use supplied materials for personal coaching participation and retain permitted personal copies. Protected materials may not be resold, publicly shared, or commercially adapted without the rights holder's permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and license terms.

9. Rights, disagreements, and changes

The parties will first try to resolve a concern through good-faith discussion; this does not waive a right to seek legal relief or make a complaint. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, blanket liability release, or waiver of nonwaivable consumer rights is included.

California law is the proposed governing law, subject to mandatory protections that apply in Client's jurisdiction. No exclusive court venue is imposed. This agreement, selected scope, payment schedule, and signed addenda contain the agreed service terms. Changes require both parties' written agreement. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law.

10. Acceptance and signatures

Both parties intend the completed, mutually accepted agreement to govern the selected coaching services. It becomes effective when both have signed and all required scope and payment details are completed. No other tier or charge is authorized by signing. Each party will receive a copy.

Typing below does not send or verify a signature. Print for handwritten signatures or complete through an agreed electronic-signature service. The website itself does not execute this contract.
